Dynamic viscosity
Convert pascal-second (Pa·s) to millipascal-second (mPa·s). Dynamic viscosity is a fluid's resistance to shear — the property that sets the Reynolds number and the friction factor.
1 Pa·s = 1000 mPa·s
To convert pascal-second to millipascal-second, multiply the Pa·s value by 1000. To go the other way, divide by 1000 (or multiply by 0.001).

Liquid viscosities are usually quoted in centipoise (cP); water is about 1 cP at room temperature.
One centipoise equals exactly one millipascal-second, the convenient bridge between the cgs and SI conventions.
Worked example. A dynamic viscosity of 0.001 Pa·s is 1 mPa·s.
Multiply the value in Pa·s by 1000 to get mPa·s. For example, 10 Pa·s = 10000 mPa·s.
