Dynamic viscosity
Convert poise (P) to pascal-second (Pa·s). Dynamic viscosity is a fluid's resistance to shear — the property that sets the Reynolds number and the friction factor.
1 P = 0.1 Pa·s
To convert poise to pascal-second, multiply the P value by 0.1. To go the other way, divide by 0.1 (or multiply by 10).

Liquid viscosities are usually quoted in centipoise (cP); water is about 1 cP at room temperature.
One centipoise equals exactly one millipascal-second, the convenient bridge between the cgs and SI conventions.
Worked example. A dynamic viscosity of 0.01 P is 0.001 Pa·s.
Multiply the value in P by 0.1 to get Pa·s. For example, 10 P = 1 Pa·s.
1 P equals 0.1 Pa·s.
