Dynamic viscosity
Convert pascal-second (Pa·s) to pound per foot-second (lb/(ft·s)). Dynamic viscosity is a fluid's resistance to shear — the property that sets the Reynolds number and the friction factor.
1 Pa·s = 0.671969 lb/(ft·s)
To convert pascal-second to pound per foot-second, multiply the Pa·s value by 0.671969. To go the other way, divide by 0.671969 (or multiply by 1.488164).

One centipoise equals exactly one millipascal-second, the convenient bridge between the cgs and SI conventions.
Worked example. A dynamic viscosity of 0.001 Pa·s is 0.000671969 lb/(ft·s).
Multiply the value in Pa·s by 0.671969 to get lb/(ft·s). For example, 10 Pa·s = 6.71969 lb/(ft·s).
