Volume
Convert cubic metre (m³) to millilitre (mL). Volume sizes tanks, vessels, and batch charges, in m³, litres, US gallons, or barrels.
1 m³ = 1000000 mL
To convert cubic metre to millilitre, multiply the m³ value by 1000000. To go the other way, divide by 1000000 (or multiply by 1e-6).
| m³ | mL |
|---|---|
| 1 | 1000000 |
| 2 | 2000000 |
| 5 | 5000000 |
| 10 | 1e+7 |
| 25 | 2.5e+7 |
| 50 | 5e+7 |
| 100 | 1e+8 |
| 250 | 2.5e+8 |
| 500 | 5e+8 |
| 1000 | 1e+9 |
Tank and vessel capacities are quoted in m³ or US gallons; oil volumes in barrels.
A US gallon and an Imperial gallon differ by about 20 % — confirm which one a spec means.
Worked example. A volume of 10 m³ is 1e+7 mL.
Multiply the value in m³ by 1000000 to get mL. For example, 10 m³ = 1e+7 mL.
1 m³ equals 1000000 mL.
