Convert cubic metre (m³) to litre (L). Volume sizes tanks, vessels, and batch charges, in m³, litres, US gallons, or barrels.
1 m³ = 1000 L
To convert cubic metre to litre, multiply the m³ value by 1000. To go the other way, divide by 1000 (or multiply by 0.001).

A US gallon and an Imperial gallon differ by about 20 % — confirm which one a spec means.
Worked example. A volume of 10 m³ is 10000 L.
Multiply the value in m³ by 1000 to get L. For example, 10 m³ = 10000 L.
1 m³ equals 1000 L.
