Length
Convert kilometre (km) to millimetre (mm). Length units span pipe diameters (mm, inch), plant dimensions (m, ft), and roughness (µm) — mixing metric and imperial is routine.
1 km = 1000000 mm
To convert kilometre to millimetre, multiply the km value by 1000000. To go the other way, divide by 1000000 (or multiply by 1e-6).

Worked example. A length of 0.0001 km is 100 mm.
Multiply the value in km by 1000000 to get mm. For example, 10 km = 1e+7 mm.
